SOVA Farm, Inc.

Rose and Ed McNamara have a 217 acre Certified Organic farm in the rolling hills of Norwich, NY. We produce organic soy-free eggs and broilers, both on a pastured basis. In addition, we produce organic, grass-fed lamb. We practice rotational grazing making sure all animals have access to clean pasture either daily or every couple of days. We grow organic produce and herbs on a small basis, paying very close attention to their growth. We practice a holistic approach to farming between animals, feed, manure (fertilizer) to ensure our products are pure. This year we are starting value added products from our licensed 20C kitchen using products grown on our farm. This is farming the way it should be,
