This is a startup personal bakery that has just become brand new and starting out small with the locals. I wanted to do this to get my name out there and be someone who doesn't work to just one market. I want to include all people. It's my passion and my lifestyle.
I'm 28 and just finishing up school online at Auguste Escoffier Pastry Arts program. I am working on a startup bakery out of my home and eventually going into a commercial building. I wanted to start small and get my name out to the locals before I go big. I grew up loving to bake and to me its very therapeutic and does not feel like a job to me. I know that baking takes a lot of time and can be very tedious and boring but I enjoy it so much that it relaxes me and it feels good to bake.
