Zi Spice is a handcrafted chocolate and spice company rooted in Southern Oregon, blending the art of fermentation, traditional global flavors, and local sourcing into every creation. From bon bons infused with black garlic or saffron grown in our garden, to adaptogenic elixirs and ancient spice blends, every product is made in small batches with purpose and precision.

We use only organic, fair-trade ingredients — many of them foraged or sourced directly from our community — and craft each item by hand in our commercial kitchen.
