We have been fortunate enough to have partnered with Master Chocolatier, Gerald Reed, bringing his 50 years of artisanal confectionary experience, continuing the traditional tried and true recipes brought to the United States from Great Britain. These original recipes arrived in 1915 and have remained American favorites for over a century.
Handcrafted locally in small batches at our own factory, created by General Manager & Chocolatier, Cale Munro. We are committed to using only the finest, traditional recipes and ingredients while integrating innovative flavors. Doc’s Fine Chocolates nods to Doc Burnstein’s Ice Cream Lab’s most loved “flavorites”, such as “Doc’s Java,” “Raspberry Truffle Merlot” and “Motor Oil” to name a few. All of Doc’s Fine Chocolates are hand-dipped in dark, milk or a combination of the two chocolates.
We know you will appreciate the quality, consistency and gourmet recipes we have perfected in our Lab. We are pleased to share this time-honored tradition of confectionary delights.
Our premium fine chocolates are made with Fair Trade Certified chocolate (Guittard), free from additives or preservatives.
