I bake gluten-free, gum-free, (some items vegan and grain-free) artisan breads including sourdough, bagels, biscotti...and coming up with new products monthly. I currently sell to Brick Street Farm for resale and I sell to customers with Celiac and Lyme Disease.
I currently hold a cottage kitchen license and am Celiac myself. The integrity of my bread is important to me and I am excited to provide it to people whom aren't able to find truly gluten-free bread that is gum-free and made in a facility free from wheat. I purchase organic and non-GMO products when possible.
