We are a local Specialty Mushroom farm in Faribault Minnesota. We are operating in the old Faribault Foods building and are growing a couple thousand pounds of mushrooms every week. We grow Oyster, Lions Mane, and Shiitake Mushrooms and are in the process of adding King Trumpet and Chestnut Mushrooms as well!
