I bake authentic Bohemian Kolaches for sale, I have been doing this for over 15 years. I also bake pies, desserts, bread, cakes, and cookies from scratch. We have several large gardens and also sell pesticide free vegetables. I sew and knit and crochet during the off season and sell those products also.

Kolaches are baked from a years old recipe, taught to me from a full blooded czech lady, who used to be a market vendor at the roundhouse, she is now 91 years old and comes to the market with me, and sees many of her old customers. She helps bake kolaches every week at my home licensed bakery, Last year she helped to bake 20,000 plus kolaches. We also grow all produce with out the use of commercial pesticides and herbicides. The ground we grow crops on is very fertile and productive.
