Welcome to The Dog Ear Baking Company! We’re a small home-based and woman-owned bakery in the suburbs of Tampa, FL. Our specialty is “coffee companion” type baked goods, but someday we aspire to be a full-fledged café and bookstore. “Coffee companions” are small cookies, scones, and similar treats meant to be enjoyed with coffee or your hot drink of preference. These quality baked goods are perfect for your sweet tooth friends and family, make great gifts, or even a party addition.
