Love At First Cookie

We are Nicole and Channon Bailey, the proud owners of Love At First Cookie. Specializing in beautifully decorated sugar cookies and teas that perfectly complement our cookie flavors, we take pride in creating everything from scratch using the finest ingredients. Our organic flour and commitment to avoiding artificial dyes mean you can indulge in our treats with confidence!

While we started as cottage bakers, we have now expanded our business and are proud to be a part of the Catapult Kitchen in Lakeland where we prepare and craft all of our delicious offerings. What sets us apart is our commitment to introducing new flavors every month, ranging from peach ginger, bourbon brown sugar, to blueberry lemon, and more! We’re all about going beyond the traditional sugar cookie. A common compliment we receive is that our cookies not only look beautiful but also taste amazing! It’s rare to find sugar cookies that match stunning visuals with delightful flavor, and we’re thrilled to bring both to the table :)

And really, is there anything better than enjoying a cookie with a cup of tea? When we had the opportunity to expand our tea offerings, we were excited to create blends that harmonize with our cookie flavors, resulting in the ultimate experience.

At markets, we sell cookies individually and in themed sets that change monthly to fit the season. During warmer months, we offer refreshing iced teas and playful tea "slushies." When the weather cools down, we also serve hot tea.

Our prices start at $4 for single cookies and $5 for drinks, with options increasing ($6-$10) based on quantity and selection. I (Nicole) do all the baking, while Channon manages the behind-the-scenes operations. Together with our four kids, we cherish being part of different communities and markets while sharing our passion for cookies and tea... with everyone!
