About
We specialize in providing our customers with delicious "down-home-southern-style" soul food as inspired by recipes that have been passed down through the owner's family for generations. The restaurant has been in business for 18 years. We are now excited to provide the same hot and fresh favorites through our new food truck endeavor which has been in operation since the summer of 2019.
Production Practices
We have received ServeSafe certification through the United States National Restaurant Association. Our food truck features equipment that enables us to prepare food fresh to order along with 10 steam table wells to keep prepared items at temperatures above those in which bacteria and other microbes thrive.
