Description
Our bone broth is made using local ingredients. We use local pasture raised animal bones along with local organically grown veggies and herbs (sometimes fruit as well but not local - lemons, oranges). We differentiate ourselves from everyone else making bone broth by creating a variety of flavors (we are up to almost 20 flavors of beef, chicken, and turkey. Soon too add our veggie line as well as bison). We also let ours cook over the course of 2 days in our large kettles. It gives it a rich nutrient dense flavor that our customers say doesn’t compare to the others.
