Description
Jersey Girl is a mild and creamy cheese made with all raw Jersey cow's milk. There is lots of flavor even though the flavor is a mellow one, tasting herbal and grassy. This was served to President Obama at his 2013 Inauguration luncheon. There is a picture online of Speaker Boehner stealing a piece from Michelle Obama's plate.
