Cooperstown Cheese Company

We have been making cheese for 13 years and have 2 national American Cheese Society awards. Two of our cheeses, Jersey Girl and Toma Celena were featured on the 2013 Presidential Inauguration menu. We make raw milk cheeses, from cow's milk and from goat's milk. Most are our own recipes, but we also make traditional cheese like Gouda and Cheddar and Asiago. We like to have something for everyone, so we range from hard and flavorful alpine cheese to soft and creamy washed rind cheese.
