We utilize traditional kefir methods applying them to coconut creating a plant based kefir line that meets most dietary restrictions. The diverse live probiotic cultures in our coconut kefir help to support a healthy mind, body and microbiome. We recently relocated from Maui, Hawaii where the original creation of Maui Coconut Kefir was inspired. Upon relocation we have re-branded our delightful kefir now known as Coastal Kefir. We are thrilled to offer our coconut kefir creation to the community in the Pacific Northwest. Coastal Kefir is made with 9 live strains of probiotics and each unit contains billions of live probiotics, several varieties which are not found in kombucha or traditional yogurts. Our Coconut Kefir Soda is a naturally carbonated, fizzy coconut kefir beverage available in 16 oz & 33 oz glass bottles in four flavors including Ginger Lime, Original, Wild Orange and Lemon Drop. Coastal Kefir’s Coconut Kefir Soda is a healthy, low sugar, plant based, probiotic rich, coconut kefir beverage made from pure organic coconut water.
Coconut Kefir Crème-
Our Coconut Kefir Crème is a smooth, creamy and decadent plant based yogurt available in 9 oz & 16 oz glass jars in three flavors including Original Crème, Vanilla Crème, and Lemon Crème. Coastal Kefir’s Coconut Kefir Crème is a low sugar, plant based, probiotic rich, dairy-free, coconut kefir crème made from pure organic coconut.
Coconut Milk Kefir-

Chef Elijah is the creator of the original creation Maui Coconut Kefir and is now here to share his latest project Coastal Kefir with you. Elijah has been a chef for 22 years, and has mastered many cuisines. His love for the culinary arts inspired him to dive into the study of nutrition and medicinal foods. As he studied nutrition, health and wellness he discovered superfoods and fermentation. Soon after discovering the nutritional density and vitality of coconut he was inspired to create probiotic rich coconut kefir.
