The Rosewood Idella Carrier Foundation is a non-profit foundation. RICF was founded in 1998 in Washington, DC to honor the Idella Carrier families of Rosewood, Florida. She owned 30 acres of land in Rosewood. Her parents were Isaac and Lydia Carrier, the first African American settlers of the Rosewood Settlement.
