Big O Cookies (Oatmeal Raisin)

The stars of the Big O’ show include old-fashioned rolled oats; large, plump, juicy Red Flame raisins; and a whole gallon of real Michigan maple syrup we add to every batch! These are all held together with fresh, organic, Michigan grown organic soft white wheat that we freshly mill in house on our New American stone mill. The freshly milled whole-grain flour lends an appealing chewiness and an enticing complexity of flavor.
