Magic, Black Magic, and Buenos Aires Brownies

We make our 3 varieties of rich, indulgent chocolate brownies (one with toasted walnuts, one without, and one with a layer of Dulce de Leche, the Argentine caramel cream) with organic, Frederick White Winter Wheat, grown and freshly stone milled to a high extraction (80%) by our partner Janie’s Farm and Mill in nearby Illinois. The freshly milled whole-grain flour lends rich flavor and a moist chewy texture.
