Description
We lovingly craft this traditional American pie with our all butter, whole grain double crust, featuring organic, Frederick White Winter Wheat, grown and freshly stone milled to a high extraction (80%) by our partner Janie’s Farm and Mill in nearby Illinois. To this tasty crust, we add a simple filling of fresh, seasonal Michigan rhubarb and a bit of cane sugar, using as little as possible so the tart-sweet flavor of the rhubarb really sings!
