Dalla'a Kirshak, meaning "spoil your belly" in Arabic, is a family-owned food business based in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Founded by two Chaldean sisters, Kelly and Martina, we specialize in crafting traditional Iraqi dolma, hand-rolled grape leaves and vegetables stuffed with a savory blend of rice, tender beef, and aromatic spices. Our food is made from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients, rooted in family recipes and cultural tradition. We offer fully customizable meals with a variety of toppings, sauces, and homemade desserts. Our mission is to share the warmth of our heritage through authentic, comforting meals made with love.
