become a top producer and mentor at Compass. In 2023, Mary, alongside her longtime colleague,
Kathleen DiGrande, founded Vantage Realty in San Francisco, partnering with the nationwide real
estate powerhouse, Side Real Estate. They lead a team of 20 phenomenal agents who specialize in
every aspect of the market from luxury residences to commercial properties.
Mary has consistently ranked among the top 1% of real estate agents in San Francisco and the
nation. Mary and her team have assisted hundreds of clients in San Francisco, with sales over
$700,000,000. Mary is a discreet and diligent partner, known for her aggressive negotiation

Mary and her husband, an estate planning attorney, raised their four children in a charming
Victorian home on San Francisco's Russian Hill. They are active in the community, particularly on
Union Street, the home of Vantage's welcoming office. Mary serves as a mentor with America
Needs You, an organization dedicated to mentoring first-generation college students, and is on the San Francisco Association of Realtors' DEIA Committee, where she assists with the coaching and training of new agents in the City.
She's also a longtime member of San Francisco's prestigious Real Estate Roundtable, a 30 year-old,
invitation-only club of elite agents who represent the top agents of each brokerage in the City.
