We are a small team of 2 from Coralville, Iowa, who are dedicated to our craft and passionate about good food. After many years of experience in culinary field including three years of cooking experience in Italy, and over two years of working intensively with pasta extruder machine for a pasta company in Phoenix, Arizona, we decided to come back home in Iowa. We see the opportunity that we can use our knowledge and good potential to provide good quality pasta to the community.
Our pasta is locally made fresh to order. We produce in small batches as we intend to maintain its consistency quality and avoiding food waste. We use top-quality Durum flour that is grown and milled in America. The blending of the Heritage Desert Durum Wheat of Arizona and Northern Durum of North Dakota, creating a unique flavor and texture due to the drastic climates in which these flours are grown. Our products are vegan, egg-free, and dairy-free.
