Siesta Gozleme

We specialize in traditional Turkish and Kurdish cuisine with a focus on fresh, handmade dishes. Our main item is Gözleme, a savory stuffed flatbread made fresh on a griddle at our booth. We offer a variety of fillings including spinach & feta, ground beef & cheese, chicken with vegetables, zucchini, and eggplant. Each gözleme is served with two signature sauces – a spicy chili sauce and a cool yogurt dip.

We also offer a delicious selection of meze such as cacık (yogurt with cucumber and herbs), babagannush (roasted eggplant), pink sultan (beet & garlic yogurt), and carrot tarator. Our menu includes comforting soups like red lentil, homemade cookies (both sweet and savory), and a classic Turkish dessert – rice pudding. Gozleme is made fresh on site, while our soups, mezes, cookies, and rice pudding are pre-packaged in a commercial kitchen and ready to serve. All items are made fresh, with no preservatives, using quality ingredients.
