Buddha Toast

As a Chef I am very passionate about understanding the intricacies of food. I started to become more aware of my body and my health, I began to study how foods, when paired with an understanding of one’s own body, can truly uplift, relieve and fulfill one with strength and energy. I was determined to craft truly wholesome baked goods that specifically cater to helping health aware people who understand the needs of their bodies live life to the fullest. I believe good food is essential to good health—and investing in your own health is the greatest gift you can give the people you care about. Thats how we created our Buddha toast, Gluten free, multiseed, Vegan, High in fiber, omega 3 and atioxidants, a delicius toast that feels good to your boddy and to your soul.
