Third Wave Chocolate Company is a local startup located in Colorado Springs. Our focus is to create the highest quality craft chocolate available on the market. Most chocolate shops utilize chocolate produced by a third party and then melt it down in house to create their products. Our chocolate is 100% “Bean-to-Bar”, meaning we get raw cacao beans and produce a finished chocolate from them. Our “Bean-to-Bar” process utilizes only sustainably harvested and worker owned farms around the world. Depending on the bean and farm, some are certified organic while others are uncertified organic. Our beans have some of the most unique flavor profiles available in the chocolate world. Just like coffee or wine; certain beans, farms, and environmental conditions produce unique flavor profiles year to year and farm to farm.
