Our Lettuce Blend is a mix of many different varieties of lettuce, ensuring you will get a range of colors and textures. Most bags of Lettuce Blend will include green and red leaf, red and green romaine, and butterhead lettuces. Sometimes there could be as many as 8 different varieties in one bag!
