Since 2011, GluteNull has produced vegan, non-GMO verified, certified gluten-free breads at our small wholesale bakery in BC. Our brand was created by mathematician-turned-baker Otari Kobalia after he immigrated to Canada and noticed a need for gluten-free options in his community. Otari continues to innovate new creations, including our diabetic-friendly, keto Coconut Ciabatta buns, which were listed as one of BuyBC's top products of 2024.
