INGREDIENTS:

100% Organic Hibiscus flowers, Butterfly Pea flowers, Calendula petals, and Mint leaves

Hibiscus flowers provide a vibrant red color unlike any other herbal flower, while Butterfly pea is known for its luminous indigo colors. Both flowers are packed with health promoting antioxidants, flavonoids and peptides for a range of health and wellness benefits. Daily consumption of Hibiscus tea has shown to reduce the risk of Cardiovascular Disease by lowering blood pressure, LDL cholesterol, protecting blood vessels. Packed with polyphenols and anthocyanins, we combine hibiscus with another powerhouse, Butterfly Pea. Full of anthocyanins, research shows that this flower has significant impact on protecting liver function, and is generally safe for anyone to consume (unless you are pregnant).

Shake well before use. We recommend 2 teaspoons and encourage you to find out what your pallet really requires and find your own strength of tea.

Use 2 teaspoons for hot tea, or 1 full tablespoon and half the amount of water for iced tea. Once the steeping time is reached, add some ice (which serves to dilute the stronger iced tea just a little), and enjoy!

Steeping time: 4-5 minutes for 250 ml/8fl.oz - (98 °C/208 °F boiling water)

If you use an infuser, it is best to remove the infuser after your tea is done steeping. Note that while teas may be used for multiple infusions, ultimately this is influenced by your preferred strength of tea and personal experience, although there are differing opinions about optimal tea brewing.
