The Harvest Club

The Harvest Club is organized in a way to ensure consumers have access to locally produced hemp products and accurate information when making a purchase decision. This is accomplished in a number of ways. First, all the vendors must supply copies of their Tennessee Department of Agriculture issued growing license, Certificates of Analysis for all hemp-based products, and a general liability insurance policy. The vendors are also required to allow on-site farm visits. All edibles are required to be produced in accordance with state laws regarding the facilities and food safety regulations of the USDA Farmers Market Guideline. Vendors are required to submit only ISO standard laboratory results and encouraged, but not currently required, to use DEA registered laboratories for cannabinoid potency and content. Potency results are to be displayed and available to all potential consumers with copies on file with The Harvest Club. Educational materials provided at events and online include General facts about cannabinoids, history, uses, suggested dosages, buying tips, and industry definitions prepare consumers with the knowledge to make informed decisions and confident choices about the sources of hemp-based purchases. In addition to the actual grower being available for questions from customers, there is no other forum for purchasing local hemp products with the level of transparency and ethical forthright information equal to The Harvest Club
