Eisbach Kombuchery, LLC

Eisbach Kombuchery creates kombucha that appeals to a larger population that typical kombucha offered in the market. Our mission is to bring this healthy probiotic functional beverage to main stream. Our kombucha is less than 0.5% alcohol by volume (ABV) and therefore considered non-alcoholic. As such it provides a great social alternative to alcoholic beverages and is accessible to young adults (My 19 year old daughter and her friends drink it) Eisbach has also collaborated with Lee Ulrich of Iowa coffee roasters to create exceptional cold brew coffee and tea that can be served with or without infused nitrogen. Eisbach was founded in early 2018 by Greg Wild, a Cedar Rapids Native and US submarine veteran. Eisbach brewery is located in the east end of Marion near the new police station and is focused on delivering kombucha on tap for local businesses, fitness centers, bars and eateries and for in home on tap services.
