Northern California Pilipinx American Student Alliance (NCPASA) is the collective of Pilipinx collegiate organizations in Northern California. We, as NCPASA, strive to unite and empower the Northern California Pilipinx/Pil-Am collegiate network by promoting cultural awareness, dialogue, leadership development, and political and community action.
