HydroHouse Farms

HydroHouse Farms grows leafy salad greens all year round in a 6000 sqft. greenhouse using a hydroponic irrigation system. We have been in operation since 2016 and have served over 150 restaurants, hotels, schools, caterers, non profits, markets, and various other food businesses in the Middle Tennessee area. We maintain extremely high standards for food safety and quality. We have never once sprayed any kind of pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides and our crop maintains a shelf life of 3-4 weeks when properly stored. At the moment our largest client is Vanderbilt University to who we provide several hundred pounds of produce to each week during their school semesters.

We are seeking indoor retail space at the Nashville Farmers Market in order to sell our fresh greens for individuals and families. We would also like to sell "Served/To Go Foods" and meals prepared at the Grow Local Kitchen by our catering partner, Terra Cotta Catering. Additionally we would also like to offer a fresh daily salad bar using all local ingredients, if space and logistics permit us to do so.
