Misebloom is a branch from the company Vangohan Co. It is run by two Chefs and urban farmers- Jenna and Genesis. They create small batch products using seasonal and local ingredients. From chili oils, preserves, to prepared salads and salad dressings, what ever ingredients inspires them in the season, they're always creating something new.

Chef Jenna Marcotte
Jenna is a chef and urban farmer. She's a SAIT culinary school graduate who has experience working in multiple restaurants, hotels, and golf courses. Jenna focuses on local and seasonal ingredients and has been shown in recent documentaries promoting the importance of sustainability in our food system.
