Offering a modern take on the classic dish, Born in London, i have taken restaurants to winning Michelin stars, but i now want to bring the same passion and attention to detail but in a more relaxed form.

Think square cut loin Cod, pomme anna potatoes (as chips), Shrimp & Scallop Fillet O' Fish with caviar butter.
