As an independent cheese shop, we consider ourselves storytellers. We strive to generate excitement for and understanding of each and every cheese that comes through our case. We strive to create a valuable experience for our customers; one that emphasizes the importance of artisan production and sustainable agriculture. At our brick-and-mortar location in Bloomfield as well as at farmers' markets, we offer fresh-cut artisan cheese sourced from small local, regional, and international producers, artisanal cured meats, house-made vegetarian and vegan spreads, pickles and preserves from locally-grown produce, plus various jams, mustards, conservas and other accompaniments from small independent companies that meet our exacting standards.
