Nouveau Quiche LLC

Hello! My name is Armand Ignelzi and my company is called Nouveau Quiche. We create amazing quiches from scratch and sell them hot by the slice or whole frozen for take home. My family and I have recently relocated to Pittsburgh from Arizona where we started the business in 2016. Since then we have developed a loyal following throughout Arizona, from Flagstaff down to Tucson, participating in numerous farmer's markets year round. I grew up in Pittsburgh and the birth of our daughter Greta back in 2019 has prompted us to move closer to family. I would love to have the opportunity to participate in your market and bring Nouveau Quiche to a whole new audience.
