Calla's Chocolate Moonshine Fudge

Our family makes 100+ flavors and infusions of Small Batch Copper Kettle Fudge here in our Western PA kitchen. We proudly produce a Fudge Recipe made from the finest ingredients including Cream from three of our favorite local PA dairy farms! With old fashioned wooden oars made of Maple, we slowly stir each batch of Fudge in authentic copper kettles over 365 degree open flame. We consider our craft a mixture of Science and Art. and BONUS!....Fudge isn't chocolate so it Will NOT MELT IN THE SUMMER! :-) We have been making our Fudge here in Pittsburgh for 22 years and just won best Fudge in the country!!! We offer customers "build your own" variety boxes/bags of flavors and use recyclable cardboard boxes, paper bags, and tissue wrap. And of course, we love to offer samples to everyone passing by!
