Four Oaks Family and Children's Services

Four Oaks Family and Children's Services is a nonprofit agency that serves more than 23,000 youth and families across Iowa each year. Centered in Cedar Rapids, we provide a variety of community and residential-based services including mental and behavioral health care, therapy, affordable housing, career preparation, health care coordination, adoption and foster care support, and more. Each of our services are designed to help children become successful adults. We invite members of the public to help support the Four Oaks mission through becoming a volunteer, becoming a mentor, making a donation, and more.
