Barred Owl Butcher & Table is an energetic, ingredient-driven butcher shop, restaurant and bar specializing in whole animal butchery, hand-crafted charcuterie and the art of the cocktail. We believe that great food begins with great ingredients so we work hard to forge strong relationships with small, quality-focused farmers throughout our region who are dedicated to raising their animals and produce sustainably.

Our Mission is to provide our community with good, clean, wholesome, flavorful fare in a fun and friendly setting as well as to provide small local farmers with an outlet for the food they raise.

We believe that a more transparent food system can be realized through personal interactions.
Dealing directly with our farmer friends enables us to responsibly source the highest quality meat, produce, grains and dairy that is raised with sunshine, skill, and passion and without the use of steroids, hormones, antibiotics, chemicals, or any of that other nonsense we don’t need in our food.

Good for the farmer, good for the land, and good for us all.
