Miles of Maple LLC

Miles of Maple is a new 2025 organic maple syrup business built by Dale Herrington, with his wife, Amy, and their son, Miles (hence “Miles of Maple“).

Dale and family started tapping trees in 2024 with 40 blue buckets, boiling the sap in their kitchen. This year, Dale went all in with 2,600 maple trees tapped in the Seacoast NH area. As you drive around the area, you might see some of the miles of blue tubing, plus bags on some of the smaller parcels. Vacuum pumps, reverse osmosis technology, a cozy sugar shack with a propane fired evaporator are the latest technology.

Our family friendly 2025 Maple Open House Weekend was held March 15 & 16, with lots of games for kids and grownups. Maple syrup was boiling on the evaporator and hundreds of visitors came to experience the process of making maple syrup. Hot chocolate & maple cookies by the fire, tours of the sugar shack, and samples of our maple syrup were enjoyed by all.
