TAPP is a 501(c)(4) organization whose mission is to encourage and protect informed, individual choice when it comes to reproductive healthcare. We are here to ensure that every Clarksville resident can advocate public policies that guarantee the right to choice and full, nondiscriminatory access. We fight so that our healthcare facilities can continue to provide care to every community.
