As a farmer and chef, I love creating high-quality seafood recipes my dad gave me, such as salsa, ceviche, salpicon, siete mares, and others that will come up when they are ready. From the farm, I will focus on tomatoes, tomatillos, cilantro, onion, and chiles—everything for your salsa adventures.
