Handmade Apricot/Coconut Wax Candles And Personalized Gifts
Production Practices
The process of melting down the apricot/coconut wax to a specific temperature and adding the color and fragrance. After fully combined I choose and set up the type of container I have selected depending upon the size and color or shape of the container for that batch. After the candles have been poured they have to set up and cure. When that is completed I then trim any excess wick material down to the specified length and re apply the lid if it has one. I currently offer different shaped tea lights small glass containers as well as 2.2 Ounce, 4,Ounce, 8 Ounce and 16 Ounce sizes. I do offer specialty containers that I use when someone does a special order. I also put together different wood products that I paint and seal along with painted canvas designs tailored specifically to the clients request. I am open to just about any request for specific designed gifts that you may desire so please don’t hesitate to inquire about anything. I will do my best to provide a special handcrafted gift to suit your needs.

My mother is the main person of the business. She designs and makes all of the creations. She is a disabled woman who has multiple medical conditions and is currently undergoing treatment for them but because of the rising cost of living she had been forced to go back to work. She started making candles many years ago as a hobby which allowed her to turn it into something that can sustain her financially. It also allows her to do it when she is physically able to without being bound by a typical job where she would be required to adhere to a specific work schedule. This gives her the flexibility to be able to attend the multiple doctors appointments and infusions without having to worry about conflicts of time. It allows negates the need for any accommodations in order to accomplish the duties of the workplace. She has encountered difficulties in this area before which unfortunately made it almost impossible for her to thrive and be a productive person in the workforce. She puts all her love and passion into everything she does. She firmly believes that only the highest level of products are acceptable to sell to her customers. She is very outgoing and loves interacting and getting to know her customers so they turn into friends and family not just people who are purchasing her creations.
