We take great pride in the fish we raise. Starting with clean, pure spring water, we use a very natural process to raise our sturgeon in long, narrow ponds. We are not a factory farm, rather we are a small, locally owned, multi-generational family farming business. In addition, sturgeon farming in Idaho is rated "Best Choice" by Monterey Bay's Seafood Watch.
