As a native French, I m running my own business in Cedar Rapids.
I've spent 50 years in my country and have recently moved to the States. I love baking and pleased to bring a little bit of French traditional cuisine to Iowa !
I'm baking pies, cakes, biscuits, madeleines, macarons ... everything French !
All my products involve natural ingredients, I use some Swiss professionnal-quality chocolate in the pastries involving chocolate.
I bake everything myself, and I am local (Cedar Rapids). The farmers market is a great opportunity to present my goods, something new in matter of pastry.
I am currently present as a pop-up shop at Newbo City Market, and my desserts are also for sale in a few coffee houses in town.
