Our bakery specializes in baking innovative and delicious mediterranean pastries. We specialize in new exciting baklava flavors, holiday Maamoul cookies, semolina coconut moist cakes, and phyllo dough chips. We make everything from scratch using our ancestral recipes and we add a little flair to it. We use the finest ingredients with no preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.
My name is Mona Chehab. I am the manager at Maha's bakehouse and I am Maha's daughter. I manage everything from sales, to website design, baking, to creating new products. We are a family of four, and each of us puts in their own unique work. Together we bring to our customers the best authentic, and exquisite mediterranean products. We work from a local Tampa licensed commercial kitchen. We have been approved by the FDA and hold a food establishment permit.
