Sour Cream Pound Cakes

These cakes (a favorite among my customers) are adapted from my mum's recipe, which she made for us often when we were kids. The use of sour cream is more for texture than flavor-- it keeps them lighter and softer than traditional pound cakes. These are also a favorite among kids!
