Pure Maple Sugar

Pure maple sugar is the natural sugar that comes from the tree. Due to the fact it is very sweet you only need about 1/2 of what a recipe would call for with white or brown sugar, therefore reducing your overall sugar intake. Plus you have the added bonus of it comes with the taste of maple syrup! There are no additives at all, it has simply been reduced down to a powder.
