Handmade pasta, bread, sauces, salads and soups. Also interested in doing a cooking demo each week. I will use ingredients from the market to showcase produce. I started doing this at the Boulder's farmer market in '95. I have been a chef for 35 years and worked at Michelin starred restaurants.
