About
DOU Bakehouse was born on 2015 (We are still toddlers). At the beginning, it was just our founders: David and Diana. Everyday, they would make hundreds of cookies by hand to deliver them to coffee shops. The bakehouse kept expanding it's portfolio and welcoming baking apprentices from all over the world. One day, we met a very famous mouse who wanted to sell our goodies in his home and we became vendors of the happiest place on earth.
90% of our team is female. All of our bakers had no experience in the baking industry before coming to our bakehouse. We are proud to train and teach our craft and science and see how far we've all come together.
We do not use artificial flavors! All of our artisan products are baked from scratch with natural fruits and flavors. You have to taste our DOU.

Hello! My name is Diana and I'm the Pastry Chef and Co-founder of DOU Bakehouse. We are an artisan bakery located in Lakeland. We are Bakerologists and proudly bake from scratch beautiful and delicious french macarons, cookies, and entremets. Anytime you swing by our bakehouse, you'll see how we bake and dance to the tune of music. I believe good energy is the most important ingredient. Oh and I love coffee and cats!
