I am a pastured poultry farmer here on the Palouse. I've been in business for over a decade, providing chicken eggs, chicken, and turkeys to the local community; we focus on sustainable practices by not spraying our pastures, providing a locally grown grain mix ration, and utilizing mobile range pens to give rotational grazing for our poultry. We are now utilizing a USDA poultry processor to provide whole, half, and chicken cuts that are sold frozen.
